Roger has a comprehensive background beginning in retail and has developed deep and practical process experience that has helped grow a consultancy into a multi-national enterprise.

He is a highly experienced consultant with over 25 years of expertise in the field. He possesses a strong background in corporate finance systems, company divestitures and acquisitions, and on-premises to cloud migrations.​

With a broad range of key capabilities, including transformation, change management, advisory, interim executive roles, business mentoring, team building, and solution architecture, Roger is well-equipped to tackle today’s complex business challenges.

He has been responsible for assisting numerous companies with acquisitions and divestitures, has broad capabilities in designing: Infrastructure technologies (on-premises and Cloud), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions as well as Enterprise Analytics & BI reporting platforms. A key skill he has is the ability to communicate complex technical principles in simple language.

Throughout his career, Roger has successfully handled projects across various industries, including local government, banking, consumer products/electronics, airlines, hospitality, news & media, retail, oil & gas, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and real estate.
