Brovanture’s investment in our workforce continues to deliver for clients and staff

I was delighted to learn this week that Jazmin Ribeiro, one of our Brovanture consulting team and an early member of our student placement programme, has passed her accounting exams and become a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Mine, and the whole company’s congratulations to Jazmin Ribeiro ACMA, CGMA!

Like many of the team, before and since, we have invested in ensuring Jazmin has both the qualifications and real-world expertise to deliver the exceptional service our clients deserve.  In fact, Jazmin joins Emma Pawlyn, our first student placement participant, who qualified as an ACCA three years ago.

We have set up, promoted and invested in student placement and graduate training schemes along with investing in existing staff training and their attainment of relevant qualifications.

All of these initiatives have featured in Jazmin’s nine year career with Brovanture.  She initially came to us as a placement student, then joined our graduate scheme after university and has since achieved numerous Oracle Certifications and now her CIMA membership.  Jazmine has done exceptional work with many of our clients implementing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions including at Awaze, The Home Office and Edrington-Beam Santory.

We are always on the lookout for candidates for our schemes as well as seasoned consultants for Oracle Cloud EPM and Oracle NetSuite ERP products.  We select carefully not only on what they have done, but also on what we believe they can achieve.  We have not been disappointed yet!
