“On the 15 January 2018 Brovanture became the 1st Oracle Fully Certified Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) for EPM Enterprise Planning and Budgeting in the UK & IRL”

What is this Cloud Excellence Implementer Program? Well I will let Oracle explain. This is how they describe it:

“The Oracle Cloud Excellence Implementer (CEI) Program is focused on driving customer success with Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS) products. This program identifies, recognises, and differentiates highly qualified consulting firms that demonstrate ongoing expertise, successful track records, and superior customer satisfaction in Oracle Cloud implementations in a specified geography and for a specific cloud service module.”

The CEI Progamme is all about ‘Customer Success’.

We are delighted to have been recognised by Oracle for the work we do with our customers and for our focus on making the implementations we are involved in successful. We have been investing in and working with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting solutions (PBCS and EPBCS) from day one. Our implementation and support staff are fully trained and then take the exams to be certified for the Oracle products we sell and support.

Oracle recognises this in their CEI assessment:

“The CEI Programme provides a clear and objective view of partner qualifications for implementing Oracle SaaS solutions, and helps customers identify firms that have the necessary training and proven successful track records for the required scope and geography of a project.”

At Brovanture we have gone further. To ensure we deliver the highest standards of customer service and success we have become an accredited supplier with G-Cloud and the Crown Commercial Service, achieved ISO9001 and ISO27001 accreditations and are currently working on our Investors in People certification.
