- Transfer requests include attaching any additional comments or documents
- Multiple entities can receive transfers including project or financial accounts
- Transfers must have a net effect of zero and are locked until approved or rejected
- Transfers are ‘pending’ so as not to impact the ‘working’ budget before approval
- Management from both sides of the transfer are notified to review the potential impact
- Management approve or reject the transfer
- Upon sign-off transfer affect the ‘working’ version of the budget
