Transfer requests include attaching any additional comments or documents
Multiple entities can receive transfers including project or financial accounts
Transfers must have a net effect of zero and are locked until approved or rejected
Transfers are ‘pending’ so as not to impact the ‘working’ budget before approval
Management from both sides of the transfer are notified to review the potential impact
Management approve or reject the transfer
Upon sign-off transfer affect the ‘working’ version of the budget
Report transfers for one or more entities to see movements and start/end positions
