Celebrating Oracle excellence in people, projects, and partners.
This week, Brovanture, our client HM Treasury and Brovanture Senior Consultant Lydia Maksoud have all been shortlisted for UKOUG Community Awards 2026.
UKOUG EPM Partner of the Year Award
Highlighting the partners delivering exceptional value, service and innovation to the Oracle ecosystem.
Oracle Cloud EPM and Oracle Hyperion are ‘what we do’. Established 20 years ago we partnered with Hyperion and following their acquisition, with Oracle. This is our absolute focus, across all the EPM business processes (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation etc.), and how we define our business.
Our ‘Fresh Approach’ is totally focused on delivering success for our clients many of whom have been supported by Brovanture for over 15 Years. In fact, we still provide support services for our first customer, Bird and Bird, and we have migrated them from their original Hyperion solution, that we implemented with them, to an Oracle Cloud EPM solution.
UKOUG Cloud Applications Project of the Year Award
Recognising standout Oracle-led project delivery, innovation and transformation.
HM Treasury (HMT) working with Brovanture has completed the implementation of two Oracle Cloud EPM application projects Budgeting and Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close and currently undertaking a third to support Workforce Planning. They required the enhancement / augmentation and adaption of these applications to meet the specific needs of central government.
In the words of Paul Huntingdon, HM Treasury Senior Financial Analyst:
“With the implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM we’ve managed to shave two working days off in our monthly cycle every month. That’s not that’s not 2 days of one person, that’s two days of a whole team. We’ve bought 10% of everybody in our finance team capacity to reinvest in ourselves, provide better support, provide better analysis, develop new products, develop new insights.”
UKOUG Speaker of the Year
Celebrating the individuals making an outstanding impact across the Oracle community.
Over the past year, Lydia has delivered multiple presentations at major Oracle community events, sharing practical insights and thought leadership with Oracle EPM professionals.
As an Oracle ACE Pro, Lydia actively contributes to the global Oracle community, particularly within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) space. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and advancing the community through blogging, speaking engagements, and participation in Oracle user group events. Lydia also champions the development of future speakers by encouraging and mentoring colleagues to present at community events, recognising that this helps build confidence, broaden expertise, and strengthen the ecosystem.
I am very proud of what our team achieves for our clients delivering the best consulting, implementation and support services available today for Hyperion and Oracle Cloud EPM.
Thanks to all our clients for their support and to all the Brovanture team for your hard work and dedication.
Until next time
Gui
